Thank you for your interest in the Caché Campus program. Please follow the steps below to complete your membership request or to renew your membership. Request Membership Step 1: Fill out the Caché Campus Membership form. Once you are finished, please click the submit button at the bottom of the form. Step 2: Print, sign and fax or mail the following documents to InterSystems to complete the membership request process. - Memorandum of Understanding

Step 3: Your membership request information will be reviewed. Once accepted, you will receive signed copies of the License Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding, as well as your software license information. Membership to the Caché Campus program is valid for one year. Each year, the main contact person at the university is required to: Step 1: Complete a Membership Renewal form, which includes: - Confirming all program contact information
- Describing how Caché was used in the last 12 months
- Describing how Caché will be used in the next 12 months
Step 2: Print, complete and sign an updated Memorandum of Understanding-Addendum and fax or mail it to InterSystems. Step 3: You will receive your updated license key.
